Mountain Rice “Paella” by Roger Felip, trained chef and owner of Mas Trucafort.

Take part in cooking a mountain rice  “paella “ with our Chef Roger Felip, in our regional style

We will learn how to prepare a different kind of “paella” and then cooking it on an open fire of vine shoots.

As we work on the dish, we will have a few nibbles


After discovering a new rice recipe with Roger, we will sit down to eat it together.

The main dish will be followed by desserts .

The price Includes:

Snacks and Starters (Standing up as we cook the rice  )

Soft drinks and water

Mountain rice paella


The price doesn’t included wines  or coffee

Price per 2 persons: 100 € per person.

Price per 4 persons or plus : 50€ per person.
